    First time cooking fish.

    Brother caught a 31.5" striped bass in the long island sound today, thought I would give a shot at cooking it. the fish sliced up some potatoes super thin and baked them. cut up parts of fish for frying part of it as an appetizer. frying broiling this for 10-15 minutes finished...
