We don't care. If we were all in the same situation we would do the same thing. Almost every one of us. Corps give back in the way of jobs, insurance, etc. There is also this thing in the USA called philanthropy.

Why are you so stupid that you don't understand a US individual tax return is not a good way to determine worth? These are not corporate filings.

Doesn't matter what they value the tower at now. Trump owns it and it's worth a fuck ton of money. They use complicated formulas to figure out how much the building is worth based on what the tenants are paying. Louis Rossmann made a video about this. Louis would be happy just owning his tiny store space.
