This is what happens when you try to charge people with murder who aren't guilty of murder. Those cops didn't go out that night with the intent to kill black ppl. It was a tragic mistake, for sure. The city and the police department are being held accountable. There's no need--it would be immoral--to persecute the individual cops for doing their jobs.
