They are reporting that he lined people up and shot them execution style.
 
Seriously.. fucking seriously.. I wish scientists were able to hook up electrodes and shit to the killers that do this as they're doing it. Like what fucking has to happen in your brain for you to be able to be capable of this.

They just reported that of the 28 in the hospital at least 4 are critical. They also reported that there are currently no more people on the way.
