trying to tap all resources possible =]. Craigslist sucks, 90% of the resumes that come in from Craigslist are garbage, most of them don't even have programming experience, let alone any computer experience.

Had some luck with Dman (see above), just trying for more :)

been in touch with numerous professors and have an internship program setup. Unfortunately, interns are only a temporary solution. We are working on bringing all of our programming in-house (as opposed to off-shored to India), and I'm sure as we get closer to graduation time we will see more applicants from UF hitting the job market.

relocate? where you at? We're hiring, clearwater/st pete. but it would probably be best if you lived in the area since we're not going to pay for you to move (unless you have insurance exp :p). even then, eh....
