triple - you are a fucking dipshit. Stop playing inet lawyer. The judge will hold a hearing post-sentencing to determine if they are a flight risk, whether there are "significant issues" for the appeal tribunal to consider and whether the judge feels they retain any power to do further harm to anyone else. The judge can grant them the right to remain free pending appeal, after they post what I'm sure will be a hefty bond.
