I dunno.. RhamataKhan has been a guest star on my Hall of Shame list for quite a while, but I will have to take this new evidence into consideration. Hold please.
 
After some (too much) encounters with krayvok in #tech, all I can say is that his retardedness is infinite and CANNOT be topped.
 
After careful consideration of the facts, I am obliged to deliver my conclusions:



In the number fifty spot: BigPappa, for wanting to be on the biggest retard list.

In the number three spot: Krayvok, 'cause he didn't qualify for first or second.

In the number two spot: KittyKat, because he tried so hard at something pointless.



And the number one biggest retard of modern time:
Rhamatakhan.

For saying he has the proof of god.
