When did Weezer start sucking?

I think you nailed it. I liked a few of Weezers songs in a "pop" sort of way. I never really fell in love with them.
 
After Matt Sharp left the group, although him and River have been working and performing together again recently, doing clubs and whatnot, so a non-sucky Weezer may be just over the horizon.
 
Some shits good and some shits bad. I think they've matured past the punk audience onto mainstream pop.....almost bubble gum with keep fishing. We're talk about a band that went from pink triangle to the green album with ...well alot of love songs.
 
Blue album is awesome. Its great music to listen to when you're down. Green album was alright... I like some of it but a lot of it was to popish. Never listened to them after that.
