So how many of you rampant insominiacs out there actually have tried some of these products? I'm taking some Alluna right now, and am beginning to feel the effects. Simply sleep just kinda sucked and made me dream about people talking to me :eek:.
 
I used to use Ambien when I had sleep trouble. It was very effective. It also led to an amusing IRC log between me and Taxi.
 
I'll use Melatonin from time to time... it's non-prescription stuff.

Only problem is I have to take about triple the suggested dosage.

Lol, I thought this thread was about a new form of AIDS, called Sleep AIDS. I am retarded. I deserve to have AIDS, even sleep AIDS.
