howdryami - remove water reqs
 
yeah 20k under in 30 mins... wtf u cant even setup a few schools and fire/police stations with out having to become NJ and pimp out your land to the military and take other people trash.
 
Me and zhen had a good city for about 2 hours until we got sick of it and decided lower taxes to build up slums then meteor them the fuck out

how do you make more profit?

i thought building more residential zones would get me more in taxes, but my expenses are raping me.
