Treason. It has been punishable by death since the beginning of time, and certainly since america's beginnings, but lets have a 40 page thread because 30 teenagers skipped class today and want to argue on an internet forum about how their govt. is coming to kill them :rolleyes:

Well, there IS a difference between recieving the death penalty in a court of law and (forget grammar) "legally be targeted and killed by the CIA"
 
The article also says it is an absolute last case scenario, but if necessary (for instance they are about to commit the act) they have the authority to kill.
 
Knowing the CIA, they'd "legally target and kill" an American agent from another agency who was already doing deep cover work over there.
 
All this means is that they don't have to spend billions of dollars in court paying for the defendent AND the prosecution just so the lawyer can argue and argue and appeal that this guy that has so obviously been helping al queda is clinically insane so he should be let off.

Maybe that is ok for you poor ass college fucks who go to school on govt aid or mommy and daddy pays for it while you smoke weed and post on tw, but for us that work and pay taxes, lets skip the useless court battles and let military intelligence handle the common sense stuff, k?
