you guys are pretty silly justifying the cop killing that guy. whatever the guy should've could've done is irrelevant. The cop shot him until the clip was empty. I dont care who you are, if you shoot and kill someone without identifying intent to harm, you should be convicted for at least manslaughter. Emptying your clip on someone should be evidence enough for premeditated murder.

Yeah, because yelling "HANDS UP DON'T YOU FUCKING MOVE OR I WILL SHOOT YOU!" isn't identifying intent to harm...

And emptying your clip into someone is making sure they are dead, which is what a cop is trained and supposed to do when he fire his gun dumbass. Why is that so hard to understand?
