How did you get those? I didn't think the content was on the test server yet.
Yes, you can get the test patch here:
EVE Online | Download | Patches
Before you connect to the test server:
Make a copy of your entire EVE folder:
C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE\
Name the new folder:
C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE Test\ or whatever you like
Create a shortcut on your Desktop to the eve.exe of your Test Server install, Right-click the Shortcut > Properties
Add "/end /LUA:OFF" to the end of the Target field (no quotes)
This makes the client put its cache / settings / logs under the eve client directory like it originally did back before Vista blighted the world. Obviously this means that you have a separate cache / settings for your Sisi install (so you will have to configure overviews, etc, again on the Sisi install) but on the plus side it's all completely separate from your main install so you're not going to trash your main settings.
Once you've done the above, execute the Test Patch, making sure you select your EVE Test directory during the install. Once you connect to the server, the client will check to see if your PC meets requirements, and give you the option to download the new content.
