So, today I went to New Eden..

..because I was really curious as to what was there. (Give me a break, I'm a newbie at this game still)

Other than looking cool, it's absolutely worthless. There is one planet (New Eden) and a whole fuckload of secure canisters that say "(so and so) was here." and "Welcome to the Restaurant at the End of the Universe."

Surprisingly enough, I don't regret the trip. It got rid of a big itch.

Isnt that the gateway to Jove space or something? You should try that stargate that gets everyone killed, just for laughs.

There's only one stargate in the system. I'd imagine the Eve Gate is in that huge ball of light in the system.

There is no stargate to Jove space. (yet)

If you watched the eve into movie, the Eve Gate is the wormhole that closed and trapped colonists. It is in the New Eden system.

It is now a giant ball of magnetic energy and unapproachable. There is one planet in the system, no moons, and no belts. The system is completely useless aside from being a point of interest.
