No - it's from spending a lot of the last 15 years living and working around the world, mostly in 3rd world shitholes. I also do a lot of cooking so it is sort of good to know so you dont kill a lot of people.

I disagree. The aggressive infections most people note as food poisoning are usually noroviruses because they are so highly contagious. I didn't superanaylze that dude's post but I think that the food poisoning most people are talking about in this this thread in my professional medical opinion is a norovirus.
