So I let the trial expire and didn't play for about a week, and since there's nothign else on my comp atm, I'm going to subscribe and see what happens.

So that I don't do this half-assed like I usually do with MMOs, I'm going to assume the end goal of this game is basically do what you can to get rich, dominate territory, blow shit up and have fun doing it.

Basically, I'll noob it for a while, then after I've made enough ISK and built enough ships, I'll throw my chips in with the big boys and either wtfpwn a shitload of people or go broke trying. :)

What I'm really looking forward to though is a taste of these frikkin HUGE battles I keep hearing about, that's what I'm playing for. :hurry:

thing about eve is, its easy to take a break from it..

Set a long skill... don't play for a week, easy!

and when you come back, you havn't "missed valuable grinding time"

The only thing you loose out on when taking breaks is missing the occasional fleet battle, war, or time you can spend mining to make isk. But like Vanguard said above, you won't miss out on training time. :)

There's also not really an end goal, except for training skills to blow shit up, or becoming an uber miner/industrialist. The best option is to focus in a particular profession, and train all esential skills as high as possible.

I hope FREEE doesn't kick me out...it'll prolly be most of the week before I actually get set up out there.

I'm just hoping crap sells as well in fade as it did in aridia. (I didn't know how well it sold in aridia until I sold all my crap when I moved out. Been 3 days, and my raven, caracal, retriever, blackbird, and some other stuff has already sold)
