So, In the guide it says not to pop roids...

Is this still true? or do they regen like normal roids do?

I'm not 100% sure, but i think the issue is that re-pop and re-gen are different timers. If you pop it, then it wont do the daily re-gen. Roids appear to only re-pop 1-2 times a week.

Pop the roids. They regen faster. FREEE spent a good deal of time researching this when we were in IRON and in carebear mode.

100% right.

No alliance that I know of has rules against popping roids now (and most even encourage it).
