Leg Extensions

I guess, but it's not like I'm doing a lot of assistance exercises after that

seems less exhausting than hitting the legs again on another day when you aren't really trying to


I used to do the same workout 3 days a week and that shit was retarded, i get way more out of a workout by just doing it once a week
 
i just met mentally

when i'm done with squats, anything else i do after doesnt even feel like 75% of my effort

maybe im a pussy though
 
Squats wear me the fuck out. I pretty much only do maybe arms the same day as squats. Sometimes I just space out arms for the next day.
 
nah, like I said earlier in the thread, my gym's squat rack is shit, so I'm never really nearing failure on that... so I'm not as tired as i should be after doing them

oh well, better than not doing them at all and if the weight keeps going up, I guess I can't complain
