Favorite ship and why

Forum seems a bit slow, people coming out of hte holiday funk I guess.

For mine, lately, the Hyperion. Dual Rep tank with 8x ions pumping out 700+ dps with Fed Navy ammo is fucking amazing. The insurance payout being over 20mill means alot of my mods are paid for on the ship popping. All told, only 60mill lost for what is arguable one of the more powerful ships a small fleet can field.

I love my Vagabond because I am a minmatar nanofag pilot.

I love my tempest because it nukes things in a horrible, horrible way.

But I think I'd rather be in a vaga. I just wish I could afford one right now!

i'm warming up to the typhoon

i love the fact that i'm regurgitating all of these different things at targets, and that it actually hurts a lot

1200 dps = THE LOL

I really liked long range Tempests, and trained up all the skills for it (t2 arty to 4, all gunnery, bs5, etc), but I never really have a reason to fly one now.

I've had quite a bit of fun with scimitars tackling nanoships. Or remote repping while speed tanking a dozen POS guns is pretty fun.

I like the phoon as well, although the torp changes make it a little bit harder to fly. Great for anytime you don't care about range. I miss nanophoons and watching them swallow up the likes of vagabonds.

I only really fly minmatar so I'm kind of ignorant to other ships.

Oh and Naglfar because it looks awesome.

I'm gonna have to say Falcon. It's like the Swiss army knife of ships. Great for scouting, scanning, creating cynos, and of course, jamming the shit out of the enemy.

I love flying my Malediction because scouting is fun. It's also the best looking ship in the game. I have an semi affordable 10k/sec Ares setup but it has no weapons, so it sucks.

For a real ship, it'd be the Sacrilege. The range sucks but it has a tank big enough to get into web range without worry. It puts out a lot of damage and it's one of two ships I fly where I can actually choose the damage type.

and we all know thos light ships are designed for their massive DPS.
I mean, how else do you guys gank dreads and other caps?

By no weapons, I mean I have one missile launcher on it as putting rails makes it cap unstable. I can't justify spending 120m on an inty that can't defend itself at all. If my Malediction could go 10k, i'd spend 120m on it in a heartbeat.

My fav is the megathron. It's the meanest looking mug in the game (cept for maybe the brutix) and it hits so fucking hard. I am partial to fleet ships though since I like fleet action more.

7x 425mm rail 2's
mwd, sensor boosters and tracking comps
mag field stabs, 2 plates, dmg control, tracking enhancers.

Probably a good idea to invest in the -3% cpu use for turrets hardwiring

idk, Im happy with having a CoProc II in the lows. What do those -3% plants run?

I've found myself partial to the Phobos and Deimos.

Deimos because it hits hard and can still tank a bit.
Phobos, well, because it's a HIC.
