So I've got some amazing opportunities with work that require me to take some time away from all my stinkin' video games. They are a moderate distraction most of the time, and I'm a little burned out on EVE at the moment anyhow.

I'll be setting training for Minmatar Battleship 5 and Megallurgy 5 with Damia and Xivexus.

I've been a little disapointed with the decline of FREEE's ass kicking prowess, so hopefully NatMAV and crew will have it figured out by the time I get my promotion.

And I will get that god damn promotion.
 
Yeah I hear ya, I am a little burned out too. Last night running missions I just walked away from the boringness and repetition.

Nothing in eve satisfies me anymore.
 
As some of you may have noticed, I've been taking a bit of a break myself. I was a tad burnt out as well. I'm still training both my characters, and should be returning soon.

If anything is going on that requires my assistance, shoot me a TW pm, or an in game eve-mail.

Most of the grinding is pretty boring imo. I don't know what I'm going to do when I decide I want to get into a battleship regularly. I can get into a BS now and fit it, it's just that I really don't want to have to keep grinding cash for the day when I lose it. I can sit around in cruisers and lose those all day long for the next month and replenish my cash with a couple nights of mining.
 
Ya, definately for PvE, I really need an apoc to mine outside of groups efficiently and ratting in cruisers is sometimes really slow. For PvP, (in my experience) they're usually relegated to long range setups for sniping, which isn't what I really find that fun. I'd probably fly a scorpion or nanophoon, but I'd much rather fly a T2 fitted cruiser in most cases.

I've been away from eve for a while. Training my character up, even going for clarity level 5 :)

I'm in queue #8 to get into game..joyous...

twars.net took up a lot of my time recently :(
 
I logged in to switch my skill training. Refinery Effeciency V and Metallurgy V are done now on Xivexus... perfect refinery skills FTW.

Still eternity for Damia on Battleship V though... fucking thing.

Still don't have the new version of our software launched though, so it'll be another week or two before I can get back my regular EVE time.
