What are you guys cooking and eating for Easter?
Yesterday, Good Friday, I made a fish casserole that piotrr loves and served it with garlic bread and prosecco.
Today, Easter Eve, or Black Saturday I think it's called in English, I'll serve a more traditional (Swedish) brunch with pickled herrings, creamed spinach, eggs, meatballs and small sausages. This is best with beer.
Easter Vigil (Sunday), we'll have roast chicken and a salad on the side and our favorite Italian white wine.
Easter Day (Monday) is roast lamb day. A nice roast with lots of garlic and herbs. Red wine goes with that.
