I've read this whole thread
what I've learned is to
Eat Less
Move More
I also like Havax's idea of scalding hot water. That's got to burn a few calories as your body tries to heal itself..

If there is any connection at all between water and fat loss, its probable from Cold Plunge Baths and Hot Sauna Use and not from drinking it.
Drinking water hot or cold is beneficial for overall maintenance of good health through diet, but not because of some ritual performed around its temperature.

Well, I mean, if you drank boiling water, the blisters will be so painful you'll only be eating through a straw, so ya, i can actually visualize this working.
After having kids I peaked out at 200lbs. Winter was pretty hard. With summer I lost the 20lbs pretty quick. I think I need to be down to 170 to actually be 'in shape' but I enjoy binging a couple cases every now n then but i just use it as a meal replacement like slim fast. I look at these other guys, I guess gen Z, and see them at the parks, they can't do chin ups, can't scale a light pole, can't climb ****. Just ****ing pathetic. Seriously, my grand pappy always said the gym was for bleached ******* mother ****ers, all you gotta do in shape is get a sledge and wedge and split wood for a few weeks and you'll be more fit than ever before. You get the heat, you get the sun, you get the motion from the swing and it's like the same muscles you use for swimming. It gets the chest, the shoulders, the arms, the picking up the wood gets the thighs. You get the bulging blood vessels across your forehead and that's when you're doing it right.
The best tree fight I had was using a dull axe to cut out a length from a red oak that fell on our atv trail. I just ****ing wrecked that tree one chip at a time. Took a while but I always win at the end. Just apply brutal overwhelming force to any situation and you'll definitely get some sort of results.

Fruit has frutcose
Frutcose is a sugar
Sugar is a carbohydrate
Frutcose makes blood sugar spike
Spiking blood sugar causes insulin to be released
Insulin shunts calories to fat stores (approx. 75% of each calorie)
After a blood sugar spike, there is a blood sugar crash
When that crash happens you get ravenous and looking for anything to eat
So you grab quick crap
And at the same time, the insulin in your body is pushing 75% of the calories of said quick crap straight to your ass
This is ketogenic eating (more or less)

I killed a chicken with a rusty old axe I found laying in the dirt in a shed. It was more of a smashing than a beheading.

What I KNOW
Warm water can be used to relax the upper and lower Sphincter muscles of esophogus and colon.
I use the Almost hot water jump down technique when my upper valve is inverted.
Do not drink refrigerated water.
DO drink room temp water.
If you are having lung issues. Drink warm water..on the verge of HOT and do this while in the hot shower.
This can open up your lungs.
Do not do this if you have swallowing issues. Get a swallowing test done if you suspect issues.
REAL mint will open your GI tract. Try it.
DGL will kill all acid in your stomach
Gaviscon ultra is the most effective anti acid for your esophagus that you can use.
a half teaspoon of coconut butter with your food will help digestion and you will feel less bloated when full.
Drink more water and eat less and you will burn fat.

Ok ****head, i'll explain this slower for you
You are connected to the internet that has all the information that you would ever need to exercise. And yet you are so dense you had to hire a sand****** to explain diet and exercise to you. Even though there are literally 100's of 1000's of sources for this information on the internet.
Do you get it now ****forbrains?
Now get your ass back into they gym. Ali Achbar says your break is over
