Need my Steam ID to apply for beta access and the usual steps I have taken in the past no workie. Trying from Steam APP and webpage. Win10.

Google search not finding me anything that works. Just shows me username in the URL. Anyone help this dumbass out?

Should be right there, mine defaults to the account tab.

Looking for the Steam ID. Its a 17 digit number. The old way of looking it up is not working. Even the websites that tell you which option to enable under Settings > Interface is not there.

Found it.

Click Account name in upper right for a drop down menu. Then click account details. Steam ID is listed at top under your account name. Its kinda small and me blind. Missed it first time.

Thanks for the response. I was following some old instructions in the beta application I was filling out and online. Found this later.

y does steam, after 20 years and blilions$ still feel like a clunky buggy beta app lol

TBH I'm still not convinced it is any easier than putting a CD into the tray and playing a game.

Frigging thing does endless updates.


Maybe I'll just find my old version of Daemon Tools instead
