According to the study... of the 1800 people that participated... only 115 of them were unvaccinated. 1,685 of them reported being at least double-vaccinated... and they still got Covid.

The trial was to test if Ivermectin could shorten the recovery time of people with mild and moderate symptoms... and it did... on average the Ivermectin group took 12 days and the placebo group took 13 days. It's not that Ivermectin didn't have an effect, it didn't have enough of an effect to meet their criteria set by the trial.
