I just picked up a case of Samuel Smith Nut Brown Ale. It came in today and I fucking grabbed all of it. :)

I picked up a 6 of Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA - even though I hate IPAs I'm gonna give it a try anyway.

And I picked up either a Three Philosophers or a Corsendonk Pater / Abbey Brown Ale
 
I tried this because of this thread, pretty good beer.

Kind of like a cross between newcastle and guinness.

Dogfishhead sucks (I don't like IPAs either).
 
Yuck.

Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA is gross. Fuck that shit. I'm tapping one of my Nut Brown Ales.

I'll try the Three Philosophers another day.
 
So I learned that TX has some retarded alcohol classification laws.

Also, IPAs are absolutely disgusting to me. :ugh:

somewhere in there, both IPA's I had tonight (Flower Power and Smuttynose) are great East Coast grapefruit/floral heavy IPA's. might be good for some of you saying IPA's are all about bitter to try, if its available...
