Hey guys. I don't know if you saw My last lighthouse I was attempting to build on the old server. But I almost got to the top. But I'm still undecided on how to light it up.

I'm thinking about using windowpanes to hold in lit up nether rock.

Not sure if it would look as good. Or should I go with glass blocks and lava?

Thoughts??

Try them both and see which looks better?

Well we should make a "prototype" of that top on the ground so you know how much space you'll need at the top. Otherwise you may put all that work into the tower only to find you won't have enough room at the top for all the circuits.

That would be sweet. Theres are lot of sweet things you can do with redstone these days...

it's called johnsmith v1.8. It requires an extra DL to render the water/lava.

Johns texture pack. Let me look up the link and I'll post it. Looks pretty nice.
