I'm not sure how I feel about this. This is an extremely PUG friendly way of loot distribution. You basically eliminate the possibility of stealing loot, and drama over loot. But on the other hand, you won't be able to strategically distribute loot either... which maybe some hardcore raiders might take issue with.
...and what if you down a boss, and nobody gets an item from their loot bag? lol. "YES! we finally killed the last boss. What did everyone get?...Badges???" *price is right losing horn*
