I'm 4'9", weigh less than 90 pounds, and was in the back seat of a vehicle of a stranger who was literally more than twice the size of me who could really take me anywhere. I just wanted the ride to be over with the entire time.

Did you get the number of the cab he was operating? You could call the place he works at and report him.
