Oregon recorded a temp of 117 in Umatilla in 1939.
That was before WWII. How many degrees do you think WWII added? NONE.

All of reds posts are talking about climate changing. There isn’t a single person here that doesn’t believe climate changes.
I think you mean weather, not climate. Most of TW sees climate as un unchanging and static thing, and doesn't for one second believe the science that shows that we are causing the climate to get hotter. It would be comical to watch if the issue was not so serious.
Most of TW seems to understand that climate is cyclic, except apparently you. And i would think that you of all people would grasp this concept seeing as how cyclic climate is the entire reason your people ended up here and separated from the rest of humanity for so long.

NO, Juggs. The climate has never changed until the white man caused the human race to advance beyond hunter/gatherer. It's all the fault of white males and the only way to 'fix it' is by taxing the working-class white males and giving that money to multinational corporations that are abusing the environment in 3rd world nations so they can offset the losses from reducing their emissions and destroying the local environment.
Once they achieve that, they can then set up a Central Planning Department that can dictate what can be made, how much of X can be made, and by what state agency, and who can lease it. You know, because once the CPD is enacted, private property will be made illegal and once that happens, you will own nothing, and be happy!
