Well, the base quality from a closet crop is 75q. A grow room gets you a base quality of 85q. Where, a greenhouse starts you off at 105q. Of course, if you rank up your drug production quality, you can produce some decent shit.

As far as easy indicas go, Zear is right about Northern Lights. I have heard Lowryder #2 is okay, particularly if you're trying to do a more stealthy grow and you don't know what you're doing. It's autoflowering, so you can harvest pretty quickly, and it doesn't grow very large, so the plants are significantly easier to hide than most strains. I guess you can't really clone them though, if you wanted to do that. And I've also heard that it kind of sucks, in terms of getting high. So go with the NL.

Once cycle away from a second greenhouse. I'll have one in about 14 minutes...

Try peppers. No matter what you do, do some peppers on the side. They grow fine under fluorescents. I used 3 fixtures, each holding 2 T5 bulbs. Got the fixtures for $8.99 each. The bulbs for that cost almost as much. Mixed cool white and warm red. Planted them in potting soil and put them into and ebb and flow table.

We had a lot of red and green bells, poblanos, and jalapenos before they grew out of hand. In fact, everything in that table grew faster than I could harvest it. I was giving away herb bundles left and right.

Just sayin'.

Four foot fixtures? How many watts? Lumens?

About 34 watts per bulb, so 200 watts for all three fixtures. Flowers, cooking herbs, and peppers grow fine under this. No idea on the lumens.

I usually do several hundred flower starts mid-spring so that we can fill our flower beds for much less than the cost of buying them all. Haven't started this year - my provider is borrowing my ebb & flow table for other plants.
