Pretty much the entire black race suffers from that, and people don't understand this.
Police officers are reactionary, they are trained with statistics. When a cop pulls over a black male they don't think 'hot damn, a ****** to shoot', they are looking at a person that, because of their training, which relies heavily on statistical data, they automatically think they are talking to a person that is likely a felon, is likely a former inmate, will likely be aggressive because of the action of a relatively small percentage of the total black population.
The black driver is no different. When they get pulled over, especially by a white cop, because of the media and persona experience, they are sure that this person is racist, bigoted, will likely shoot them, etc. because of the actions of a few bad cops
So you have 2 people that most likely are not bad people, nothing like the bias that each of them perceive the other as, coming at each other with preconceived notions of the other and the interaction escalates out of fear until one or both end up hurt or dead and the cycle just keeps going.
