It's simple. Let's take two people for a start.
One who is at 98.6 degrees for 1 minute and the other who is at 98 degrees for the one minute.

How did the person get to 98? Evaporative cooling. They simply splashed warm water on their exposed skin. This lowered their core temp.
So that's .6 degrees of heat one person saved in ONE MINUTE.

How many minutes in a year?
525960.

That means one person can save the world 315,576 degrees of temperature in a year.
That's 9,467,280 degrees saved for the 30 people of TW if we are all wet.

i blame covid for the climate being so hot now, since it raised a lot of temperatures of people to over 103 degrees, that's a lot of extra degrees, you know?

130 is pretty standard for Death Valley. I've driven through it at 126f several years back. The record was set in 1913, and still hasn't been broken. Them damn settlers and their stagecoaches brought global warming in the 1900s.

It was 110 today in the East Bay and it gets like this EVERY year. 830 pm and it's 100. The low last night/this morning was 78. :lol:

Meanwhile, isn't the East coast and Southern states having a very mild summer?

lol this place is the valley of the idiots. Death Valley didn't break the all time record, and that is evidence that climate change isn't real. Trailer park of the internet, until someone ends the indigent charity practice that keeps this leach of a website alive. TW has not been sustainable for some time, and it's only a matter of time before the people paying out of their own pockets decide they don't want to any more. Best of luck finding a new place to go.

I have to say, down south has been amazing this summer. Mainly in the 80's with daily thunderstorms.
