I won't ever get any covid vaccination unless it directly affects me ability to work. I got the J&J shot because work required it. But I've never gotten any boosters and I never will.

I had covid as well about 9 months ago. I'll take natural immunity over a man made jab any day.

And that's the sad part too Gandalf.
I would have gotten the shot to keep my job and money coming in.
But I'm retired and I have time to think.

I'm not sure if that's the case for this one. There's a National Vaccine Injury Compensation website where people can apply for compensation due to damages from the Covid 19 vaccine.

I believe H.R. 34 added in provisions for compensation for families of, and to whom, injuries occurred due to vaccinations. I know it's been a point of contention around here to make fun of those that raise concerns over vaccines, and whether or not they believe harm can come to children that are made to take them. Personally, I've seen the kind of damage that can result from some vaccines, it's a stark reality for some of those that take their children in for vaccination, and within 24-48 hours their child has mentally regressed dramatically in their mental capacity, some losing their ability to speak, carry on conversations, bang their heads against the walls - which are all common indicators for autism.

Whether it's genuinely autism or something else that presents itself as such is irrelevant, there are children out there that were radically affected by vaccines.

If the expectation is that we need to be good little citizens and take the risks of vaccination in the name of keeping the rest of society safe, then they better damn well have a safety net for those that fall through the cracks. It might be rare, exceedingly rare, but it's something that parents should have the autonomy to choose for themselves and their own children.
