I have to say, in the Army I knew a few female troops that could hang, and a few males that couldn't.
If they could dispense with the dumbing down standards pc bullshit (I know, good luck with that) and have strict pt standards based on job category rather than gender or age it'd be good to go.

I was looking at British Combat Deployment evacuations and saw more British women left theater for pregnancy then troops died from 2013-2015.
Imagine being a commander and your #1 attrition to your troops isn't IEDs, Friendly Fire, sneak attacks from Afghani National Police..but women getting pregnant when their job matters most.
