where do i dl a config that works

i downlload this, unzip, and open. then it fullscreens too far, my mouse doesnt even work. cant change shit. i window mode and my mouse refuses to appear.

how do i make it so when i alt tab it doesnt minimize? or windowmode might work. want to discord screenshare it but the window minimized means i cant screenshare it
