chop into small pieces, like 1/4" or whatever

throw butter into a saucepan on low-med heat

throw in shroomz

salt

black pepper

sauté (see I can use fancy words)

then add cream or half-half and continue cooking down into delicious creamy shroomy goodness to a consistency you like

I'm pretty sure that anything that is sautéed, it must be on high heat. I don't know much but I do know that.
