every 2 weeks unless someone is sick in that bed, then its every week with a heavy lysol shot on the mattress and bare pillows

I do all the cleaning except she does the bathrooms. This is the typically order:

Spray cornices to kill insects very couple of weeks. Otherwise they can smear on the ceiling white.
Vac cornices, room wall corners and skirting boards.
Vac tiles
Vac carpets
Mop tiles

When the kids were young I had a dedicated indoor plastic rake and I would rake their toys up into a corner. Each time I'd vac a room I'd change the corner of the toy pile. Eventually I chose a dedicated 'toy room' and put a fuking slidebolt padlock on it to restrict how much they could pull out. There were lots of plastic tubs with different toys and they would just carry them out and turn them upside down in a random room.

I like everything tidy so I clean often.

Now I deal with crumbs and bits of crackers and random bits of pasta on the tiled floors.

I got a scraper and screwed it to a broom handle to scrape things off the white tiles before I mop. Sometimes I'll sweep the tiles but generally I just vac them.

We've had lots of vacuum cleaners. This one is awesome. Looks a bit like this:

1. Pull the fridge out, take the back off, and blast the coils with compressed air.
2. Pull the stove out, and clean everything under it.
This will make dust go everywhere. Once it settles, then you can clean the counter top and floor.
3. Take the grates out of the oven and clean the inside with oven cleaner.
4. If you have a microwave, clean the inside walls and glass rotating tray.
5. If it's a glass stove top, use Weiman's cleaner (sold at Publix).
6. Put down 2 roach traps on each side of the stove.
7. Have Terro under the sink in case you get dot ants.
At this point, I'm a bot that reps NGFM

good read
I've had a couple Miele's over my life; awesome vacuums. I don't really need one now. I've got a small hand vac that does the job for the small condo and a roomba. You're making me want the one in your post; looks great.

That looks nice. We have a Wertheim that is getting on 20 yrs old and need replacing.

I want to get a Henry, but the wife doesn't like them, she is the one using it so I'm not going to push the point.

Have you looked at these, Karcher FC5 cordless hard floor cleaner.

I have all cork floors through the entire house so something like this will be pretty nice, again the WAF is pretty low, but I think I would even give this one a spin

I broom the mess into a corner and sort it out from there. I have a small house to it gets messy fast. I got LVP floors, so just vacuum it, then I got a commerical bucket and mop, add water vinegar mix and mop the floor down. Use some towels to dry it off. I mop the kitchen table, the coffee table, any flat surfaces. I can knock the whole first floor out in about 30mins.
