I realize what I'm about to say is a trivial matter but until today's executive order speech I had forgotten how good President Obama can be at delivering the solid speeches that are written for him. It's pretty much a big reason why he won both elections. For me, I think it's because through his delivery it's believable, at least to the average American, that he wants to do the right by the American people. I actually think Democrats distanced themselves from the President at a disadvantage during the elections.

The only real difference is that left-wingers support feminism and minorities more. That's basically it.

Although that by itself makes Dems objectively worse (by a landslide).

When it comes to protecting banks, special interests, more power, less personal freedom and liberty, they're one in the same.
