A UK one I like is Keeping Up Appearances. Americans might not like it but I think it's hilarious. The canned laughter is a bit strong. I think UK may have gone further with canned laughter in sitcoms than USA stuff.

A good really old UK one was Are you Being Served. Vicar of Dibley and Father Ted are also funny.

I don't like Frasier and Cheers much.

Will and Grace is funny.

Pat Heaton in Everyone Loves Raymond is the hottest.
