My MoBo and RAM was getting a bit dated, so I just upgraded to a LGA 1700 i7 chip that can do DDR5.

M.2 SSD's are pretty cheap now, so grabbed a couple as well.

Prices aren't too bad outside of GPUs, but I'm going to just run with my RTX 2060 6GB for another year or so.
