don't let him out till he gives you free stamps.
 
when a mailman starts on his foot route he can only carry so much mail with him, so he bags and tags the rest of his mail and sends it to a relay box along his route, then he goes to the box when he finishes delivering what he carried out and collects more mail to deliver. the truck driver is responsible for delivering the relay bags in a timely fashion.
 
at 1pm every day in the summer if you drive past the lake, you will see one the mailmen in my town sleeping in his truck.
