So, I casually play CoD on PS3 so I can hook up with some co-workers and friends who don't PC. Since I've been playing FPSs since '94, I could not use the PS3 controller... I ordered a FragFX from Splitfish.
That stopped working without warning so I jumped on Amazon to order another and paid an extra $23 for expedited shipping so that I would have it by the weekend. That was on a Tuesday. When it did not ship by Wednesday night, I sent Splitfish an email.
Within 15 minutes, I got a call from Roger in Switzerland. He called me to let me know that he got my message and couldn't do anything to make sure the new unit would arrive by the weekend. SO, he located another unit for me in the US and hooked me up with 1 day shipping.
Terrific customer service. Highly Recommended.
