how do i make 1.4 save my settings? it restores back when i change clientprefs also what exactly those settings do? and what would u recommend for 150 ping?

and how do i save my stock 1.4 config settings please? btw does 1.4 change my netset in game if i dont have the plugin?

1.4 automatically adjusts netset, but some ppl refer plugin because it gives them advantage.

put it ur plugins folder. also if u are on windows 8/10 you need registry fix to be able to use plugins.

as far as saving configs goes first: Check read only on your tribes folder - apply. Uncheck read only on your tribes folder - apply and then edit it like you normally would.
 
at that high a ping i'd let 1.40 adjust PFT dynamically (IE no plugin) rather than fixed values that may or may not correlate to your actual ping at the time

but thats just me
