After every raid I just open the WWS app and upload my log, their website does all the sorting for me. After I upload it and verify that it's up and people can view it I toss the link in my ventrilo comment, logout from WoW, delete my WoWCombatLog.txt from my logs directory, and log back in.
You have to start with a fresh log every raid (can just rename an old one if you'd like to save it for some reason) so before I login on raid nights I always delete my combatlog and run the WoW Ace Updater so omen/threat are up to date. Takes me maybe 2 minutes to do that before logging in and uploading a log takes about another 2 minutes, once you know what to do you'll wonder why few if any other people do it.
