OK, I showed her the video about fame and money, telling her I didn't need those things. She was surprised it was such a long video. I said we only need to watch a few minutes, which we did. She said she already knew some people don't need to live the fancy life style. She had no desire to watch the video of the girl, even though I said it had some topics we had recently talked about. For example, the GF brought up the abortion issue a few days ago and the video up above talks about that. The GF mentioned we are politically different, but we get along. It's weird on this because she leans to the left on many things yet she's a very frugal person, especially when it comes to spending her own money. She wasn't in the mood to watch the videos, and this goes back to people don't like being told what to do. So we did her mothers day celebration (big balloon, cookies, a couple gifts), went up stairs and had great sex.

The thing about the videos is they are instructional to me, yet to her she sees it as hearing other people talk. Yet she's perfectly fine with watching game shows on TV. For example, she watches the Price Is Right every day from 11am to noon, then watches Wheel Of Fortune from 7:00pm to 07:30pm. That's watching 1.5 hours of other people play a game. This could be viewed as entertainment but I call them "Brain Dead" TV Shows.

She knows I watch the videos talking about dating, but she knows I watch other videos about SpaceX, Music, Sports, Politics, Fixing cars, and other things.

I won't push the videos any more. But it is too bad because she has a 26 year old daughter and a 21 year old son who could use the advice.

I think it will be really bad if you start bugging her about how her children need the videos. You should never bring this up, ever. Just make a hard rule to never bring up these videos in relation to her children.

Regardless if you find truth in the videos or not, it's not comparable to watching The Price is Right. It's comparable to dating a feminist then having a feminist force videos on you about how awful men are, then saying you child needs to watch the videos too. You seem to be much more concerned about the "truth" than what's good for your relationships. These videos are not good for your relationships.
