Several tiimes when I've went to use the rep panel it comes up but is hidden almost entirely due to a youtube linked in the post below it or a graphic the panel comes up behind.

Anyway to make sure it is top most or moveable?

This is an old issue with flash, the embed needs a value=transparent parameter added.

Fixes it in most browsers, I believe... If that doesn't work there are some other options out there, but might be tricky given it's vBulletin here.
