A: The wiki has been broken for a long time. I believe it was an upgrade to the forum that broke it.

Yes, the people who make vbWiki abandoned the project and apparently its not compatible with new versions of vBulletin. I tried to locate the problem and patch it out. Please try again and let me know how it goes.
