Malygos 10

Mainly the gem slot.

I like how we're nitpicking the least useful item in my inventory, like I don't know how to gear my character after 4.5 years.

Wand
Trinket (Darkmoon Card)
Green Gem (stam, really?)
Helm Enchant
Cloak
Spec

Edit: Nevermind, I don't really give a shit if you make bad gear decisions for your bad spec in your bad guild. So much for constructive criticism.

My spec is fine. It's a minor deviation from the cookie cutter and I'm still topping meters with it like I've always done. I don't need precision and I don't need to waste 8 more talent points in the Frost tree so I can parrot every other Mage in the game. Stop pretending you know how to play my spec better than I do.

And apparently you don't know how much Arcane Mages value spellpower over all other stats (like crit).

I didn't fucking ask you to tell me how to gear. You did that on your own. I asked about mechanics in a specific instance, that's all.

I don't need more hit rating
Keep in mind that if you get more hit, you can convert some of your spellpower/hit gems to pure spellpower (assuming that's your best stat - I don't really know mages). So in a way, the 15 +hit plus some gold will be 20 spellpower.

Yes, I could even swap one of those gems now and assume there's always a Draenei in my group. Or a Boomkin.

I'd probably swap the head enchant first though. I think I stand to gain more from that. There's a lot more +hit on items coming in as I replace main hand, wand, and shoes with epics, and move into my T7 set.

It doesn't matter how well you play "your spec" when your spec is wrong, FYI.

An amazing player (which you are almost assuredly not) with a bad spec is still not as useful as an amazing player with the correct spec.

Being better than idiots is not a valid, useful, or important metric.

Neither is having what you think is the best spec.

Despite what you read on EJ, there's room in every class to spec outside the "template" and still bring amazing {insert role here}.

You are not your spec.

Math > Your snowflake feelings.

Your spec is wrong. Period.

I'm sorry you feel that way.

If I told you it wasn't going to change, would you stop bringing it up?

Rhetorical question.

You're welcome to roll Alliance on Rexxar and watch me do my thing. Until then I don't think you're equipped to judge me either way.

Why would I stop bringing it up? It's exactly the reason you're bad.

I'm perfectly equipped to judge you by the way, as the armory is quite transparent, even if you never posted.
