Then build up wand spec (yes!) for grinding. Try and kill the mob just out of the 5 sec mana regen rule with your wand to get the maximum effect of Spirit Tap.
Or get Imp Mind Blast and start putting points in Shadow Power at lvl 58 have that talent maxed for lvl 62 when you get SW
