i need to try to set mine up. i just installed my first one the other day :/
Here's mine so far. I'm not raiding quite yet, so there's nothing along those lines right now. Soon though... Soon.
I've got it set to change all the visible bars when switching forms as well. I've yet to really get into the macros and hotkeys yet, but I'll have to start setting that up as well.

Bars are Bongos2 with cycircled (Litestep skin I think) and the unit frames are ag unit frames (Bento skin I think).
Well, here's what you do to get started the easiest way possible. You go to a site like WoWInterface and dive right into the UI complation download section found here: WoWInterface Downloads : Compilations & Suites. Just start checking out the compilations listed as 2.1 & updated. Find a good base to build on and then simply start tweaking it to your liking.

I really like pitbull, but be ready to spend hours adjusting them. They have piles of options including what text is shown in the bars, width and height of each bar colors fonts, what buffs are shown, cast bars...

can't seem to find you on armory
edit: the buffs look like gladiator maces, but 2 edges doesn't really look like them. maybe that's just your bow.
